  • Any parcel which is over 20 KG or not within our accepted maximum girth value 300 CM or exceeds our maximum length 80 CM will be rejected by OneWorldExpress.

Your parcel will be scanned by the shopkeeper and you will be provided a receipt as the proof of postage. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding your delivery.

Please make sure all the other shipping labels are covered or removed for return parcels.
